Your data is used exclusively to: - Provide and maintain the NetPacket service - Enforce plan limits and billing - Improve the platform's performance and reliability - Send transactional emails (password reset, billing receipts) We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted in the EU, region eu-west-1). Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never store your credit card details. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS 1.2+.
We use essential cookies only: - Authentication session cookies (required to stay logged in) - UI preference cookies (theme selection) We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.
